Packaging
Kayloo Art Gallery (Pty) Ltd has made a firm commitment towards waste reduction by repurposing all packaging items received from our suppliers. These include foam bubbles, bubble wrap, and card, as part of our initiative to promote a sustainable approach. However, we recognize the importance of balancing practicality with sustainability and, therefore, use new boxes for secure shipping through our provider. In our ongoing efforts to minimize our impact on the environment, we have collaborated with a local provider to identify the most suitable box for each artwork.
At Kayloo Art Gallery (Pty) Ltd, we take immense pride in paying attention to every detail, including the packaging. We ensure that each artwork is meticulously wrapped in white tissue paper and bubble wrap to provide the utmost protection during transportation. As a responsible business, we abstain from using branded packaging and instead focus on the smaller details that can make a significant impact towards sustainability.
Shipping & Delivery
Kayloo Art Gallery upholds a personalized approach to order fulfillment, which is marked by our pride. Each artwork is meticulously packaged onsite by our employees to guarantee a secure voyage to its new home. In our commitment to provide our clients with exceptional shipping options, we have collaborated with DHL Express, FedEx and Aramex.
We value the significance of prompt delivery, hence we mandate one business day for preparation before shipping. Our team meticulously packages every artwork and takes all necessary precautions to ensure it arrives in immaculate condition at your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Kayloo Art Gallery, we implore you to make your selections with careful consideration. Our collection of artworks is comprised of one-of-a-kind originals that are irreplaceable. However, certain production pieces that are regularly stocked by the artist may be exchanged upon request.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and desire an exchange, you will bear the responsibility of the shipping and handling fees of the item and must fulfill this within a 14-day window. It is imperative that you package the item meticulously in its original packaging. We recommend that you employ a trustworthy postal service that can be tracked.
Should the item arrive damaged or defective during transit, please reach out to us immediately at customercare@kaylooartgallery.co.za. You will need to provide us with pertinent information such as your order number, contact details, a comprehensive description of the problem, and photographic evidence. All of these details must be provided within a 14-day time frame.
We will contact you to apprise you on the next steps. It is crucial that you retain possession of the purchase in case we require you to return it. Depending on the type of item you purchased, we will assess whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
